Basic leadership school

YWAM is called to servant leadership as a way of life, rather than hierarchical leadership. A servant leader is one who honors the gifts and callings of those under his care and protects their rights and privileges. Just as Jesus served his disciples, we emphasize the importance of those who have leadership responsibilities to serve those they lead. -Jucum International Value We want to see emerging leaders who take as a reference and model the servant leadership of Jesus and learn to work in teams, with different types of people and nationalities; in addition to potentiating their gifts and talents in the service of God and others. The E.B.L. will provide you with tools to work in the E.D.E. (School of Discipleship Missionary Training) or other areas of work in our missionary community. You will be able to lead or co-lead missionary teams, understanding God's call, in a sphere of society or in missions.
