Indigenous Ministries

An initiative within YWAM Cartagena where we support and serve churches within indigenous communities and other ministries working with ethnic communities.

Mission

Train the indigenous church, promote the translation and use of the Word of God in their mother tongue, mobilize and train the Colombian church and Christian organizations in the service to indigenous communities. Promote community development in ethnic communities through the Word of God and the Christian Biblical Cosmovision.

Vision

See missionaries going to Colombian indigenous communities and indigenous Christians being discipled and serving God in their communities.

What do we do?

We participate with the "Eradicating Biblical Poverty Now".
Literacy projects
Bible Translation
Discipleship and community development projects.

Prayer commitment for the project or specific indigenous communities.
Host a training on working with indigenous people at your church.
Sharing the vision with others

Donations

We also receive donations and contributions for mission trips to the communities and community development projects.
