Advanced training for counseling ministries

An advanced course for those who wish to increase their understanding of various models of biblical counseling. It also helps students know how to bring change where specific difficulties block spiritual development. Special emphasis is placed on identifying inappropriate beliefs and feelings that prevent a person from developing a healthy Christian identity. The program emphasizes understanding sexual identity issues and dysfunctional lifestyles, with the goal of healing at the root level. In addition, new goals are established in areas of personal development, skill development and cognitive development, including the evaluation and integration of various counseling models with a biblical approach.

Theoretical Time

It has a duration of 12 weeks. The theoretical part provides students with information and training on different counseling tools and models and prepares them through peer counseling for the next outreach, where they will counsel and accompany individuals, as well as teach in some seminars or cell groups.

Practical Time

It has a duration of 12 weeks. The purpose of this practical time is for each student to have the opportunity to put their integrated counseling model into practice, to practice the different tools received in one-on-one counseling with individuals in the community where they are located, and to teach and prepare seminars on their own research topics.

  • A student being trained to be a lead counselor and administer healing to the wounded and heartbroken on the side as a "paraclete".

The school is only for those who have completed both theoretical and practical time in the Discipleship Training School (DTS) and also the School of Foundations for Ministerial Counseling (FCM), and who have a call to work with complete restoration for the individual in any type of ministry.
